This week I have a super fun giveaway....................when Chef Jeff from Dinner Revolution contacted me to do a raffle for SIX copies of his hot off the press cookbook for my readers,I jumped at the opportunity:)
He has very kindly offered to giveaway 6................{ I may be able to wriggle some more} copies to my readers...........I have my copy already & believe me you are in for a treat!

It has my fav recipes like Caribbean Chicken Quesadilla, Lasagna Roll-Ups,Thai Cucumber Salad.Firecracker Shrimp Salad & so many more!

It has over 200  yum, mouthwatering healthy dinner recipes with less than 10 ingredients and take less than

30 minutes to prepare..............I love this part...............I hate a messy kitchen!

"Just to start out, no, Spatula is not my real last name. And I know it seems like a strange 'artist name' but it's years old and comes from my love of cooking. Someone once said, every time they walked into my house I was holding a spatula, thus the nick name started, and just stuck.

These days I don't have as much time to cook, my time is more focused on my business and trying to evolve it to where I want it to be. I am lucky enough to say this is my day job and I love it. I can't say that I would have it be any different right now!
I have always been an artist- I love drawing, painting, color pencil and so on. I started making jewelry a few years ago and after a while beaded jewelry wasn't cutting it for me. I really wanted to do something different. So after a lot of tinkering... I came up with some ideas that really struck me. I have been running with those main ideas into so many exciting directions.
I love all the bright colors and magic that comes from each piece I make. "
