Batwing top & matching purse

I finally finished my batwing top & purse from the leftover fabric.I wore the top yesterday for our 10th anniversary:)

I know I need to loose weight:(

See the neckband & the cuffs.................I love the contrast fabric,breaks the monotony of the print.
Like I mentioned in the last post...................I also wanted to make a purse from the fabric.Here is the piece de resistance;)

Ain't I looking the quintessential Jungle Queen:)
And no,I don't intend to wear it like this:))) This will be listed in the shop,I mean the purse.

I lined the purse with the same off white fabric I used to make the neckband & I am really pleased the way the purse turned out:)

Sorry for the really crappy pic:( The bag is pretty big...................I made padded 3D pockets like this.

 See the shimmer in the lining....................it looks really good.I also added a key fob & a pen slip.

Now I am making a pretty pleated clutch out of this fabric..................will upload pics when I am done:)
